Commercial Contract/Property Acquisition

Please Find the Below JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for the property Acquisition, rate analysis, pre- tender estimation, and administration of real estate contracts.
2. Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation and tender packages in line with the AMNS requirements. Co-ordinate with Real Estate Owners/ Consultants for contract related documents.
3. Responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing of contracts/ agreements with contractors, consulting agencies, sub-contractor, owners etc.
4. Attention to detail and strong understanding of real estate agreements/ contracts.
5. Should have hands on experience in handling contracts for taking on lease the office buildings, residential properties and of the similar nature.
6. Preparation of work order/ contracts/ leasing documents for various properties as may be required.
7. To participate in the establishment of technical recommendation of property owners, contractors, real estate consultants, agencies etc.
8. Candidates from the Real Estate Background handling similar works would be preferred.
