Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Executive & Organizational Support:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for CEO.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support leadership in organizing and tracking key business activities.

Office & Admin Management:

  • Maintain smooth office operations, including communications and local accounting.
  • Ensure all office procedures and documentation are maintained efficiently.

HR & Team Engagement:

  • Manage basic HR functions, including payroll processing and exit formalities.
  • Contact and coordinate with candidates for recruitment.
  • Plan and execute team engagement activities to nurture a positive work environment.

Marketing & Sales Support:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers via the internet, email, and phone.
  • Assist in client communication for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including website postings and content sourcing.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expense and salary reports (Excel).
  • Ensure alignment with company values.
  • Adapt to other duties as necessary for the company success.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and taking initiative.
  • Able to manage schedules, meetings, and business coordination.
  • Have basic knowledge of accounting, HR processes, and marketing.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Excel, email, and internet research.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have excellent English speaking and writing. If you are weak, please do not apply.
  • Must be self starter and proactive in performing tasks. If you are not, please do not apply.
  • Preference for Female candidates only.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with professional degree like Company Secretary.
  • Local candidates from Delhi only. Office location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura.
  • Must be very strong in making calls and follow ups with candidates and employees.
  • Must have good skill in using computers, Internet searches, letter drafting, Microsoft Word & Excel (with basic formulas).
  • Must be a good organizer of things, tasks and papers.
  • 6 months of professional experience required, 1+ years preferred.

Location & Salary


Location: Onsite, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday required during hiring periods or during major releases). 10 AM 7:00 PM, Monday Friday. 10 AM 5 PM Saturday (when required).

Salary Range: 25,000 - 40,000 per month.


Note: This is an onsite job. Please do not apply for Work from home.


For Freshers: We don't require a legal bond but our contract requires you to work for 1 year. But since you are a fresher we have spend enough time and money to train you. Hence if you quit before that for any reason you will require to deduct or payback 1 month of salary else you will be in breach of contract and we will not issue any document and will take needed actions to reclaim the salary legally.
