Job requirements

The role of the Technical Analyst is to understand the objectives of the client/trustees and to design/implement an online solution for their membership and provide ongoing support for each client. You have to ensure that all aspects of the technical design (including data and reporting requirements) are achievable and delivered in line with the requirements.
The role requires becoming an expert user with the OneView system, having a good understanding of trust based pension schemes and pension administration requirements.

• Meet with clients/trustees to understand and document their requirements
• Understand the requirements of the project, activity or issue in order to map practical and effective solutions
• Ensure the technical, interface, data and reporting requirements are designed and documented correctly and are delivered in accordance with the project timeline and within scope of OneView s functionality
• Ensure all technical and interface specifications are reviewed and signed off before being issued to the client.
• Ensure quality assurance of each OneView build or configuration change with the creation and execution of test scenarios based on technical requirements
• Provide input to time and cost estimations for the delivery of projects and execution of changes
• Assist with creating and mapping effective system processes, and drive innovation to improve existing processes using GAP Analysis where required
• Become an expert OneView user and assist with knowledge sharing and training in the team and across the business
• Provide insight and ideas for the development, improvement and evolution of the OneView product
• Investigate and resolve complex queries and liaise with MSIT for timely escalation and resolution of system issues or changes.
• Keep abreast of OneView technical issues, future development timelines and new feature functionality
