We are looking for a passionate and strategic leader to spearhead our Data and Martech partnership program in India.
The ideal candidate will excel in navigating ambiguity, connecting diverse stakeholders, and driving long-term partnership opportunities within the data and Martech ecosystem.
This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in partner and co-selling success, servicing both growth/sales and partner marketing organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an ecosystem strategy to onboard and grow key data partners for powering data products and Martech services.
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and finalize agreements with data and Martech partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, pilot new initiatives, and evaluate their performance as part of the larger transformation strategy.
- Research and innovate new business models and growth opportunities with partners, negotiating and structuring relevant agreements.
- Design and execute impactful marketing programs around new partner initiatives to enhance market positioning.
- Assist with high-profile client and new business initiatives, focusing on client-specific data acquisition and technology needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the data and Martech ecosystem, with in-depth knowledge of third-party data providers, publisher relationships, and Martech platforms.
- Oversee and present quarterly reports on market trends, industry developments, and adoption rates, demonstrating the program's business value to senior management.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas and perspectives to R&D and business strategies.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree required; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in the Martech ecosystem, with a deep understanding of data partnerships and third-party providers.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Expertise in marketing and technology solutions, including data-driven strategies.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, influence diverse stakeholders, and drive impactful results.
- Experience in structuring and executing partnership agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions
