Job Title: Associate Project Coordinator

Location: Noida

Shift Timings: 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Reports To: Project Manager


Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support project manager in coordinating and managing project from inception to completion. This role involves administrative duties, project tracking, and communication management to ensure that project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop project plans, including timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  2. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
    • Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  3. Communication:
    • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking action items.
    • Act as the point of contact for project team and stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess project risks and issues.
    • Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  5. Resource Management:
    • Assist in resource planning and allocation.
    • Monitor and manage project resources and ensure their effective utilization.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
    • Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
  7. Financial Tracking:
    • Assist in invoice preparation and expense reporting.
  8. Support and Training:
    • Provide administrative support as needed.
    • Train new team members on project tools and processes.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree, (MBA/other relevant project management certification will be preferred)

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management.

  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
