Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs. With a strong background in user-centered design principles, you will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, mentor junior designers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
Lead user research activities such as interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and data to create detailed user personas and journey maps.
Design Strategy & Execution:
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Translate business goals and user needs into seamless interfaces and interactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
Bridge the gap between design and development by providing clear design specifications.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
Advocate for best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and user experience.
Testing & Optimization:
Conduct usability testing to identify areas of improvement and iterate designs accordingly.
Use analytics and user behavior insights to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Skills:
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Proficiency in creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
Knowledge of basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
