Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations for cradle and BMU facade systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production tasks to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage workforce allocation and provide guidance to production staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.
• Optimize workflow and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and logistics.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Experience in cradle and BMU facade manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software is a plus.
