Responsibilities-
Doctor Consultation Management: Ensure high virtual consultation completion rates and operational fulfillment.
- Training & Onboarding: Train SPOCs and doctors on the platform, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new doctors by communicating new projects and partnership opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective doctor engagement and account management.
- Doctor Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings, ensure engagement, and manage doctor portfolios efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to internal processes and timely sharing of reports and financials with doctors.
- Marketing & Content Creation: Create awareness reels and short videos to engage and educate doctors.
- Consultation Fulfillment: Ensure closure of all doctor consultations and smooth operational workflow.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key operational and sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in hospital operations/sales or OPD management preferred.
- Industry Network: Prior experience in working with doctors and existing relationships within the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers, mobile applications, and a willingness to learn Excel for KPI tracking.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
