Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for handholding of staff for new enrolment
2. Visits all patients at bed side daily basis
3. Daily sharing report to SD manager
4. Coordination with floor nurse of wrds where staffs are deployed
5. Handling escalation made by floor nurse and family
6. Identifying gap and educating accordingly
7. Collecting feedback
8. Available for Night duty
