Role & responsibilities:

• Leading the sales and marketing team, leading the operations , monitoring the effectiveness of sales and ensure that they are aligned with business objective
• Oversee the planning and management of roles, responsibilities, values and engagement in sales platform
• Driving sales growth strategies and ensuring that these strategies are adopted in all levels of the department
• Identifying solutions that drives sales efficiently and consequently revenue growth
• Responsible for the performance of the sales and marketing team
• Approve all the activities planned by the team
• Doctor relations (VC) along with the team
• Initiate Corporate tie-up
• B2B management through building , maintaining and improving relationship with the client
• Consolidate the DVR and master sheet from team and analyze the gap in business
• Integrity related company polices and Information security
• Compliance to laid down process
• Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
• Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
