We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, detailing progress against targets and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
