Job Description
- Experience: Extensive experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, particularly in Data Analytics applications/projects
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate blockers, risks, and progress via value stream sync.
- Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead with managing the backlog for both business and technical stories
- Continuous Improvement: Coach the team to continuously improve through sprint retrospectives and other Agile practicesAgile development team skills are Oracle, Snowflake, Java RestAPI, Kafka, PowerBI etc. (familiarity of these skills will be preferred)
