Lead React Native Developer - iOS & Android Platform (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and deployment of innovative mobile applications using React Native.

- Architect and implement robust and scalable React Native code, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across various devices and platforms.

- Possess in-depth expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and leverage best practices for state management, UI development, and API integration.

- Champion a culture of code quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement within the development team.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React Native and mobile development trends.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on React Native.

- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and best practices for front-end development.

- Proven experience with state management libraries (e., Redux, MobX) and API integration techniques.

- Experience with mobile app deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms is a plus.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team of developers.
