Use a variety of change and communication techniques to drive the adoption of Data Portfolio initiatives, tools, standards and practices.
Use change and communications techniques to support the attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, learning capability build and career pathways of data professionals.
Build and deploy change management methodologies, working collaboratively with teams across the data portfolio to ensure change activities and communications are well governed and managed.
Prepare change and communication content and materials.
Provide coaching and expertise into initiatives as relevant e.g. participation in working groups to manage change/transformation activities, provide tool kits to execute change impact assessments.

Demonstrable functional experience in the change management and communication disciplines.
Experience in change and transformation initiatives, including stakeholder management and influence across the journey.
Ability to prepare, engage and support people to successfully deliver, embed and adapt to change.
Experience in the use of change management methodologies.
Ability to use a variety of media, channels and strategies to convey meaning and ideas to inform and drive action.
