Sales Head
CTC- 40-60lpa
The Sales Head role will be responsible for leading the sales team and business to driverevenue growth by acquiring new clients and enhancing existing client partnerships. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the system.integration market, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery ofcustomized solutions that align with client requirements.
Experience in handling IT infrastructure in below verticals is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets in the system integration sector.
- Set clear objectives, performance goals, and incentives for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for system integration services to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential client segments within the system integration industry.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor sales performance against projections.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and alignment with company goals.
- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the system integration market.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention in the system integration sector.
- Address customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvements in system integration solutions.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members with a focus on system integration.
- Promote a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development and training opportunities for the sales team Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of system integration services, including hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide technical insights and guidance to the sales team and clients to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis in the system integration industry.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications & skillset:
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 20+ years in a senior sales and leadership role in system integration industry, with demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, methods, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
