Telesales Associate

Role & responsibilities

1. Primary goal is of sales of the company's natural health products

2. To ensure follow up with customers and to answer customers queries.
3. To talk to customers and understand their health problems or goals and advise the company's products accodingly.
4. To ensure orders are processed and recorded as per company guidelines
5. To ensure calls are being made in a timely manner as per customers request
6. To follow up on leads given through social media
7. To contact customers in case there is problem in delivery of their shipment
8. Target based incentive will be given if the employee exceeds the monthly target

9. Work in a team to make reels to promote the products

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be comfortable talking on the telephone with customers in Hindi, English or any other language

Should be able to handle computers and work in a team

Perks and benefits

Training will be provided including any training required in computer skills. Sales training will also be provided. Target based monthly incentive if candidate exceeds target.
