Role and Responsibilities:
A Director HRBP plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals of an organization. You will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverages knowledge of HR on cross-functional application, adding value by providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
- The HRBP support to the business extends across multiple areas of human resources, including employment, training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, employee or
labor relations, affirmative action, organization or resource planning or other services.
- Provides interpretation and advice to internal stakeholders regarding policies and practices.
- Qualifies employee escalations and develops recommendations to resolve issues. Develops new policies and programs to meet employee needs.
- Works with other HR colleagues and management teams to understand overall business objectives and apply solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Ability to positively address employee issues. Leads medium scale complex projects and initiatives to address business needs in support of an HR program/process.
- Able to solve problems independently; integrates solutions across areas of expertise, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Manages stakeholders activities to ensure that all HR-related commitments are kept; and is the single point of contact and accountability.
Experience and Requirements:
- 15 years' plus experience in Core HR experience as HRBP, HR Operations coupled with COE experience like Learning & Development, Talent Management
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to work
- Experience directing meaningful process and strategy improvements that demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively.
- Identifies problems and uses Talent models, theory, principle and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment and lead teams and project deliverables.
- Act in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions. Ensure company policies, programs, and culture reflect a high integrity environment.
Qualification and Certifications:
MBA - HR / MSW / MA IN Social work
Certifications in SPHR / GPHR is an added advantage ( but not necessary)
Certifications in MBTI, 16 PF, DISC is a plu
