Senior AR Caller (Dental Billing)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR calls for dental billing, ensuring timely follow-up with patients and insurance companies.
  
• Identify and resolve denials through effective communication with clients, reducing write-offs and increasing revenue cycle management (RCM).
  
• Utilize strong knowledge of dental billing processes to efficiently manage claims processing.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in AR calling or related field (dental billing preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of RCM principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
