Electronics Engineer/Logistic Command And Control Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Interacting with users to inform system status,problems and configuration of systems.

2. Ensuring that all the systems are working as per expectations

3. Review System logs

5. Prepare the MISa

6. Do data Analysis on trends and work with stakeholders on reducing pilferages.

7. Ensure High productivity of the ground team and resolve their day-to-day issues.

8. Regular visits to internal users to understand the scenarios and challenges of the team at the site.

9. Conduct regular meetings with the site and HO team to meet customer expectations.

10. Supervision of technician in field

11. Develops and maintains relations with customers; reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference

12.Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians and offers feedback on product development, features and functions

13. Assists in installing the equipment

14. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring timely resolution of queries.

SKILLS-Hand's on Multimeter,good communication skills, Computer knowledge
