AR Caller / Semi Caller

An AR Caller (or Semi Caller) is responsible for making outbound calls to customers in order to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment. They play a critical role in the accounts receivable (AR) process, helping organizations to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize the risk of bad debt.

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on outstanding invoicesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment information in the company's systemsEscalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate parties, such as management or the credit team

Work with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plansMeet or exceed performance goals and targets for call volume, contact rate, and payment rate

Requirements:

Experience in AR calling, customer service, or a related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to effectively negotiate and resolve customer issues and payment disputes

Good computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and spreadsheetsExcellent organizational and time management skills
