Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Lead to drive our growth and elevate our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing:
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to educate and engage our target audience.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Digital Marketing:
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Account-Based Marketing
- Identify and target key accounts to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Leverage B2B marketing tools and channels to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts with sales strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including content marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
Brand Development:
- Maintain and enhance our brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Events and Conferences:
- Identify and prioritize relevant industry events and conferences to attend.
- Plan and execute event strategies, including budgeting, logistics, and attendee engagement.
- Measure the ROI of events and conferences to optimize future participation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of overall proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
