Sales Intern:
As a startup we are looking for someone who is going to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies tailored to a startup environment. As a Sales Representative at Unallume, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the fashion industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and increase market share within existing markets.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives.
3. Product Promotion: Showcase and promote our latest collections and product offerings to retail partners and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
4. Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to guide sales activities and resource allocation. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets and objectives.
5. Training and Support: Provide training, support, and product knowledge to retail partners and sales associates to enhance their selling capabilities and maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product training sessions, presentations, and workshops as needed.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analyses to track sales performance, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the fashion industry.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and industry events.
• Will prefer someone who has worked with premium luxury brands
• Seeking a versatile sales professional to manage field sales by visiting stores building relationships, and driving revenue, while also contributing to in-office sales strategy and operations
