They oversee packaging, labeling, inventory management, and coordination between different departments such as sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities includes:

• Production Management
• Assist in planning and scheduling production processes.
• Ensure timely execution of production orders.
• Monitor daily production activities and troubleshoot any issues.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Track and manage raw materials, fabric, trims, and accessories.
• Maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Packaging & Labeling
• Ensure garments are properly packed and labeled as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain quality control over packaging and branding elements.
• Supervise the packaging team to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Quality Control & Compliance
• Work with the quality control team to inspect garments before shipment.
• Ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
• Identify and resolve defects or production errors.
• Logistics & Coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Handle documentation related to shipping and compliance.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain records of production, inventory, and dispatch.
• Generate reports for management on production efficiency and stock levels.
• Analyze production trends and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
