Java Tech Lead - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Java developers.

- Design, develop, and implement robust and maintainable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing development environment.

- Champion the adoption of best practices for code quality, maintainability, and security.

- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

- Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms (e.g, Azure).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Developer.

- In-depth knowledge of Java 8+ features, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Hibernate, JPA, and ORM frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure a plus).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) (a plus).

- Strong grasp of security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
