Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead our new start-up division focused on career counselling.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, developing, and expanding our career counselling services, ensuring the division meets its strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the career counselling division.
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of career counsellors and support staff.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the division's profitability.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Service Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of career counselling services and programs.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development or management, preferably in the education or counselling sector.
