Job Description :

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end and back-end development, along with a strong understanding of DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and modern frameworks.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software applications to meet business requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malad, Mumbai, with working days from Monday to Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Develop server-side logic using languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks such as Express.js or Django.

- Design and implement data models, databases, and APIs to support application functionality.

- Perform code reviews, ensure performance tuning, and maintain code quality.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop software solutions using MongoDB, Angular, Node.js, and SQL databases.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance product quality and processes.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Create technical documentation and provide support for ongoing projects.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with databases, including MongoDB and SQL databases.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and cloud architecture.

- Excellent understanding of performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to write clear, maintainable technical documentation.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor team members.

- Knowledge of agile development practices is a plus
