Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (8-10 yrs)

- The primary purpose of this role is to lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance across the organization.

- This role ensures compliance and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and review various financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to consolidate and review financial data, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, including revenue, cost trends, margins, and variances.

- Prepare Monthly Consolidated MIS reports on time with accuracy, following the standard format.

- Review financial books from a legal entity perspective on a monthly basis.

- AOP and Adhoc Reporting - Prepare and manage the Consolidated AOP (Annual Operating Plan), rolling out updated versions until it is finalized.

- Prepare and review ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business decisions.

- Strategic Financial Analysis - Provide business recommendations based on financial analysis, scenario planning, and benchmarking.

- Review internal controls and suggest improvements for financial governance processes.

- Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, ensuring high performance and continuous capability building.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making through automated reports.

- Proficient in Tally and Oracle accounting software for efficient financial management and reporting.

- Possesses working knowledge of modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Power BI, for advanced data analysis and visualization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally and Oracle.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial performance and provide strategic insights.

- Leadership experience in managing a team and driving continuous improvement.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and support decision-making.
