Summary of the Role:.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all processes within the recruitment consulting firm, specializing in the Automotive sector.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch recruitment services to clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:.
Operational Strategy & Planning:.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across all operational processes.
- Establish performance metrics and continuously monitor and improve operational performance.
Team Leadership & Development:.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:.
- Analyze and streamline recruitment processes to ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in recruitment operations, tailored specifically to the automotive industry.
Client Relationship Management:.
- Work closely with the client to understand client needs and ensure that operational capabilities meet these requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation for any operational issues.
- Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded in terms of service quality and delivery times.
Market & Industry Insight:.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry and the recruitment landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team to help shape the company's strategic direction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry talent needs and ensure the firms operations align with these requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a similar industry, with at least 5 years in an operations leadership role.
- Experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable.

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proven ability to optimize operations and drive performance improvements.
