Role & responsibilities Establish and expand the company products in Project,Retail & Distribution footprint for the company across the given territory • Support the organization to meet its business expansion plans Job Description: • Setting up and managing the organization's retail sales & distribution in their respective territory/Region - Dealers, Distributors and Retailers & Projects distributors • Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis and driving promotional schemes as and when necessary • Ensuring presence in projects and retail market as per the target • Ensuring realization of the sales and profitability objectives Sales planning and forecasting and ownership of promotion calendar and annual budget • Driving all marketing initiatives - like dealer branding, architects and contractors meets, road shows, etc. • Identifying newer avenues of business • Ensuring timely collection of outstanding Closely monitoring competition in terms of volumes, marketing activities and new product launches • Submission of MIS/Reports/Scorecards pertaining to Execution, Performance of Key Accounts, Portfolio Performance, Promotion Efficiency, etc.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be having wide dealer retail network of tile adhesive product.
