We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce QA analyst for our Intelligence & Analytics team in driving innovation, quality, best practices, and standardization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, proficient in Salesforce testing tools and methodologies and strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and customization
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, create test plans, and define test cases for Salesforce applications.
Plan and execute testing activities for Salesforce CRM analytics assets and Salesforce Applications
Conduct testing activities such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations. Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools.
Prepare test data sets, configure test environments, and validate data integrity in Salesforce to support testing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with project objectives.
Document test results, track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Support UAT activities and provide training to end-users on testing processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on testing processes, tools, and best practices to support user adoption and proficiency in testing Salesforce applications.
Contribute to overall quality assurance efforts by participating in code reviews, quality assessments, and process improvements related to Salesforce development and testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce testing with expertise in testing Salesforce dashboards and reports.
Proficient in Salesforce testing tools and methodologies.
Ability to create test plans, test cases, and execute tests.
Familiarity with Agile development principles.
Experience in UAT activities and provide training to end-users.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certification in Salesforce CRM and analytics tools is a plus

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
