Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday Developer to enhance and support our Workday environment with expertise in configuration, integrations, and reporting to streamline HR and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate on requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and document configurations and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of Workday development experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Strong understanding of HR and finance processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile, version control (Git), and excellent analytical skills.
