Preferred Male Candidates


Role & responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Manage reception tasks efficiently, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Employee Management: Capable of managing over 25 employees and addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
  • Team Activities: Conduct team activities twice a month and arrange snacks for these events.
  • Night Shift Arrangements: Arrange food for employees during night shifts.
  • Festival Decorations: Manage and take care of office decorations during festival times.
  • Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained by giving instructions to the office boy.
  • Grocery and Snack Management: Look after grocery and snack needs, place orders online, or make purchases from stores such as D-Mart.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle any additional duties that may arise to ensure a smooth and productive office environment.
  • Communication: Should have strong Hindi speaking skills.

Requirements:

Administrative Skills:

  • Organization: Efficiently managing files, documents, and schedules.
  • Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks and documents.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Providing polite and helpful assistance to visitors and callers.

Receptionist Skills:

  • Professional Appearance: Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Answering calls politely and directing them appropriately.
  • Front Desk Management: Managing the reception area, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and managing calendars.
