Chief Financial Officer (14-22 yrs)

Key Accountabilities :

1. Developing and implementing the financial business strategy.

2. Advisor to CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling.

3. Responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the CEO.

4. Would be responsible for financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They would provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and oversee accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions.

5. Lead the entire treasury, accounting, and day to day cash management will report in him.

6. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.

7. Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

8. Spearheading the fund-raising efforts, good relationship with global/domestic Private Equity funds/Banks.

9. Representing company to Institutional Investors, PE firms, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available which has in turn led to development of extensive relationships.

10. Responsible for planning and supporting integration and implementation activities for global inorganic activity ranging from partnerships to investments to acquisitions.

11. Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, MIS, annual budgeting of the group companies.

12. Responsible for timely monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Board of Directors.

13. Finalization of accounts and verification of all books and records and other information as required for the Audit.
