About the Role :

As a ReactJS Developer, you will design and develop web applications with a focus on database integration for our software product.

Collaborating with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and Project Managers, you'll drive technological advancement by building robust, scalable applications while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Git, JSX, and ReactJS.

- Participate in database design and maintenance by analyzing business objectives, creating action plans, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Debug code and ensure adherence to the Agile methodology throughout the development lifecycle.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address issues to maintain production environment health.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

- Evaluate and communicate technical risks while ensuring high-quality application deployments.

- Provide frontline technical support to end-users for issues related to problem/incident management, deployment, application monitoring, and production governance.

- Communicate application health and status with business stakeholders and management while identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using advanced querying and programming skills; conduct root cause analysis.

- Support software/hardware upgrades and server migrations in collaboration with Technology Infrastructure and Development teams.

- Architect and design complex software solutions.

- Take ownership of project components and drive them to successful completion.

- Stay updated with industry trends and propose relevant technologies for adoption.

Desired Qualifications :

- Experience: 5 to 8 years.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Git, JSX, and ReactJS.

- Strong understanding of web application development principles and best practices.

- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and other operating systems and/or platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.

- Experience with database systems, such as SQL Server.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
