Senior Analyst-Workplace Services

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
• Microsoft MCSA /MCSE or MCITP / MCTS certified.
• Good understanding of ITIL V3 Concepts.
• Good understanding of application packaging.
• Good understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies.
• Experience in managing 3rd party service providers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline.
• Customer-service-oriented approach

Technical

• Desktop Infrastructure (Good knowledge in Application packaging , Windows 11, MS office 365, PowerShell, Intune , GPO)
• Knowledge on Cloud VDI, Powershell scripting
• Windows Server (Intermediate knowledge in Windows server, Active directory, Exchange server, Group policy and App-v)
• Knowledge of tools and technologies SharePoint, Intune(Must have), ServiceNow, Azure AD, is an advantage.

Added advantage

• Excellent Knowledge in Windows Operating System.
• Good understanding about VDI infrastructure and Intune is desirable .
• Good to understand of application packaging.
• Basic understanding of C#.
