Role :

We are looking for a DevOps, responsible for Establish, maintain, and evolve concepts in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for existing and new services. Your primary focus will be on Writing clean, stable, and safe code in short time frames and frequent increments. You will be working along-side with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing and deployment.

Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, remaining up to date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices for configuration management and automation. You will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:

Responsibilities :

- Identify systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring and infrastructure-as-code and develop and scale products and services accordingly.

- Brainstorm new products, updates, and solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security, and customer experience.

- DevOps Automation Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for development and maintenance of automated test scripts for T-Mobile products and programs.

- She/he works on the automation quality assurance efforts for software development projects, including a review of technical specifications and user stories.

- Design and deploy scalable, highly available, secure, and fault tolerant systems on AWS for the development and test lifecycle of our product.

- Modify existing software in AWS to improve performance.

- Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools.

- Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.

- Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems.

- Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, including code versioning and deployment.

- Experience leading a small team (1-2 members).

- Proven expertise in building and maintaining AWS infrastructure for scalable solutions.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools such as Jenkins, AWS Code Deploy, or GitLab.

- Strong skills in incident management, root cause analysis, and KPI monitoring.

- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, PHP, and Linux-based infrastructure.

- Experience configuring and managing databases like MySQL and MongoDB.

- Familiarity with open-source technologies, tools, and cloud services for infrastructure optimization.

- Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure.
