Tableau Developer (6-8 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop interactive and complex dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create data visualizations that meet their needs and translate them into actionable insights using interactive data visualizations

- Optimize dashboard performance, scalability, troubleshoot issues, and ensure Dashboards / visualizations work as expected

- Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.

- Connect to various data sources (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, etc.) and create data models, extracts, and calculations

- Optimize performance of existing tableau visualizations including identifying and resolving the performance issues

- Collaborate with other team members (data analysts, developers etc.) to continuously improve dashboard development processes.

- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation as needed.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards.

- The ability to decipher technical or dashboard structure and translate complicated business needs into technical specifications.

- Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues

- Stay up-to-date with Tableau's latest features and best practices
