About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven insights and innovations for our Sidekick product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in building dashboards and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain advanced data analytics solutions and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the Sidekick product.

- Conduct research and development in Generative AI to enhance product features and functionality.

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate analytical findings into impactful business strategies.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve the capabilities of Sidekick.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, specializing in analytics, machine learning, and model development.

- Proficiency in Python and R programming including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Hands-on experience with R Shiny and other dashboarding frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

- Experience working with Generative AI models and their applications.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in cross-functional teams.
