We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scaling our organisation to the next level.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure exceptional talent for our technical teams.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless hiring process and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, product managers).
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's culture, mission, and values to attract top talent.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging metrics, feedback, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations to remain competitive.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance the company's employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Drive initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure an equitable hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a product-based company or a fast-paced technology environment.
- Expertise: Proven ability to recruit for complex technical roles across engineering, product, and leadership levels.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern technology stacks, programming languages, and tools used in software development.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g.,, Zoho recruit, Greenhouse, Lever), sourcing tools, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use recruitment metrics and data to inform strategies and optimize the hiring process.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for global companies (US, Europe, etc. Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g, AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
- Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of compliance and employment laws related to hiring in multiple jurisdictions.
