As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business processes, managing personnel and resources, and ensuring that our organization meets its goals and objectives
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of our organization
Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance

Experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage personnel and resources effectively
