Position: Product Manager (Innovations).

Location: UIDAI Bangalore Tech Centre.

Education: BE/B Tech/ M. E/M Tech/MS/MCA/MSc.

- The selected candidate shall be responsible for driving R&D-based product initiatives in the specified domain such as biometrics/AIML etc within the technology organization.

- The candidate needs to have an excellent software development background spanning a minimum of 10 years, with extensive experience working in a research-focused organization.

- This Product Manager is responsible for driving activities such as product research and development from inception to launch within UIDAI, working closely with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and products that demonstrate possibilities to innovate in the identity domain.

Work Experience:

- 10+ years of overall experience in software product development and management.

- Atleast 5 years of developing and showcasing PoC's and MVP's involving niche technologies.

Requirement :

- Proven track record of delivering successful software products involving R&D.

- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes.

- Experience in web / mobile based product development.

- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Customer-centric and Product mindset along with user experience (UX) design knowledge.

- Defining and tracking of product metrics.

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization with project and people management skills.

- Must have worked in a global delivery setup managing both internal & external stakeholders.

Primary :

- Experience with creating Project Plans, and Roadmap for R&D Projects.

- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, testing to deliver high-quality products.

- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather feedback and insights.

- Analyse customer data, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.

- Develop use-cases, product roadmaps, and release plans.

- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and teams.

- Drive product launch planning, execution, and post-launch review.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the identity domain.

- Experience with Agile development and tools like GIT/Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira.

- Handle DevOps and DevSecOps.

- Delivery Management.

- Execute R&D based Projects end to end.

- Experience with products involving OpenID / Wallets / Biometrics/ Cryptography / Artificial Intelligence may be useful.
