Senior Analyst- Identity Access Management

Maintain and update technology and platform solutions in Eatons Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on support of all IAM applications: Azure, Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI
"1. Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology (Azure, IGA, PAM, etc) applications/platform-related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis and executes the standard Problem Management process.
2. Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery.
3. Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks
4. Tunes and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements
5. Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security
6. Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency."

Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-7 years in Identity and Access Management

Must Have Experience In:
SSO, MFA, device trust, UD, profile mastering, application assignment, expression language, admin roles and permissions
Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations
SCIM protocol usage
Configure Azure AD SSO using Modern auth protocols-SAML and OIDC/Oauth
Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues, Configuring Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA and Conditional Access policies
Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows/characteristics
Active Directory administration and integration, including an understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups
LDAP standards (search syntax, DIT, etc..)
Techniques for managing privileged access
Integration to Identity Governance solutions (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc..)
Web access management troubleshooting tools
API scripting tools
Development, Automation, or Scripting experience
Data Analysis and Integration (ETL, SQL, etc..)

Nice To Have Experience in:
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Architecture and operation, Code Signing, Root CA
Web Development (Javascript, CSS, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, .Net, PHP)
Directory Server (AD or LDAP)
Okta + Zscaler integration
