Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to drive the growth of our SAP Solutions business.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP products, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Solution Consulting: Provide expert consultation on SAP solutions, tailoring recommendations to meet specific client needs.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and opportunity closure.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and technical teams, highlighting the value proposition of SAP solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP products and solutions, including ERP, CRM, HCM, and S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
