We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Analytics Team Lead to manage our analytics team. As the Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and utilizing data to provide valuable insights that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Analytics Team Lead to manage our analytics team. As the Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and utilizing data to provide valuable insights that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in analytics or data science roles.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a team lead position within an analytics team.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of 20 analysts to deliver impactful insights.
- Experience in working with large datasets and using database management systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer management strategies and techniques.
- Expertise in Snowflake and AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and data science.
