Responsibilities :
- Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Maintaining and updating existing WordPress sites.
- Troubleshooting and fixing any WordPress-related issues.
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure that designs are translated into high-quality WordPress themes.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and security updates.
Requirements :
- At least 2-3 years of experience in WordPress development with a strong PHP background.
- Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL databases and database management.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Nice to have :
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Joomla.
- Experience with web hosting environments, server administration, and DNS management.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
