Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is also bad. Engineers gettling low salaries and old illiterate low education people getting more salary and hike. Company policies are rude, appraisal are fair and they give low salary hike and bonus to engineers.
There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address engineer's issues. Career growth is slow.
