BIM Modeler ( Design )

1. BIM Development:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed BIM models during the design phase of projects.
• Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) to create accurate 3D models incorporating architectural and engineering components.

2. Design Integration:

• Work closely with design teams to integrate architectural and engineering design elements into the BIM model.
• Ensure that the BIM model accurately represents the project's design intent.

3. Coordination and Clash Detection:

• Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems within the BIM model.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the integration of various design disciplines.

4. Model Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular quality checks on the BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Implement industry best practices for BIM modeling.

5. Documentation:

• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM model to support the design and construction process.
• Maintain organized and well-documented BIM files.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

• X years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on design.
• Proven experience working on architectural and engineering projects.

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.

4. Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
