Role & responsibilities

• Checking quality of raw material at site as per the decided frequency.
• Acceptance of Manufacturers Test Certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals.
• To maintain QC laboratory and keep all equipment in good conditions.
• To collect samples from the field for testing as per the norms.
• To carry out laboratory testing and field testing.
• To maintain all laboratory records.
• To ensure calibration of measuring instruments in lab and on site.
• Interact with function heads and project heads to review implementation of QA:QC system.
• Identify non-conformance in material / workmanship and suggest remedial actions.
• Reject material if it does not meet the requirement of our project as per IS Standard.
