Role Overview:
The Strategy Manager - CEO's Office will be working directly with the CEO and senior leadership. This position is ideal for professionals with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, eager to drive key initiatives across strategy, operations, investor relations, data analysis, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Define and implement strategic initiatives with the CEO and senior leadership.
- Identify and address roadblocks to ensure timely execution.
2. Investor Relations:
- Manage investor communications, prepare board materials, and support board decisions.
- Build and maintain investor relationships.
3. Organizational Development:
- Design organizational structures and support hiring for key roles.
4. Data Analysis & Modelling:
- Leverage SQL and Excel for data crunching and informed decision-making.
- Develop dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
5. Special Projects:
- Drive high-priority projects and pilots in line with the company's strategy with both internal and external stakeholders
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for communication between senior leaders and the CEO's office.
- Act as SPOC for all major external discussion and managing multiple action items
7. Process Design & Implementation:
- Develop SOPs, track implementation, and manage policy charters for operational efficiency. _
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- MBA from Tier-1/2 institute
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or CEO's office in a startup
Core Competencies:
- Good understanding of SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools to derive business insights for decision making.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in high-paced, ambiguous environments.
