Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (with Social Media Content Creation Skills)

Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 days a week

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Executive. In this role, you will focus on selling real estate properties while also creating engaging videos and reels for social media to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, real estate properties, offering expert advice based on their needs and preferences.

- Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos and reels related to real estate projects, site tours, and client testimonials to promote properties on social media platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and developments.

- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project briefings to clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative content strategies.

- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

- Experience: Freshers to 2 years (prior experience in real estate sales will be an advantage).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creativity and proficiency in creating video content

- A passion for real estate and a flair for customer engagement.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
